-Our investigation methods may seem strange or unusual to you; you will nonetheless accept their validity.

-We do not guarantee to answer the question you ask us... we will only answer it if our investigations lead us to believe that it is the question you really intended to ask us.

-We will not stop our investigation until BOTH parties (the client AND the agency) are satisfied; sometimes the client believes their question has been answered when the agency knows that the real question has not even been asked yet.

-Fees charged to clients vary. You will be informed of charges (if any) involved in your investigation before it begins. You undertake to pay these charges at the allotted time.

-Existential investigation can be painful, it can be upsetting, it can lead to realisations about your life that you would rather keep buried. By registering you state that you understand the risk and choose to undertake this process of your own free will.

-white rabbit investigations (also referred to as 'the agency') will not be held responsible for any upset, loss or injury sustained as a result of investigations, except where such upset, loss or injury are covered by the relevant law that supersedes this agreement.
